If you want to work at a a place that harasses you on a daily basis then jubilee is the job for you. I’ve been working here for almost 4 years and I never experienced awful people until these couple of months working with the current management of the place. They make you feel so low because you don’t have a title or any type of authority. They don’t care about the residents only about the money. MC residents get treated the worst, they’re never invited to any of the activities besides music and they still pick and choose which ones they like to bring over. One of the residents in MC hits on others residents and staff and the DON laughs about it. They’re not family driven so please don’t bring your family here because if you do well good luck to you. The DON had an attitude everyday she came in there. Her and the RCC was even discussing someone else’s drug test to multiple employees. Long story short don’t work here and don’t bring your family here. Run!

If you want to work in a place that doesn't value you as a worker . This is the place I have never felt this before until new management walked in the door I’ve been working here for almost 3 years and never felt this way they don’t appreciate nothing we do they don’t treat memory care residence as they should. There are also roaches running around the kitchen area in memory care is so nasty. The DON is the messiest one in there always talking about her workers . They also want to keep the workers that hit on residence but they want to get rid of the ones that do care about them, and the ones that show up to work everyday but if I were, you don’t take your family to this place but if you do good luck.

If you are looking for a place to work, do not go here. Dr. Patel is the cheapest business person (if you could call him that) ever. I no longer work there and was expecting my W2. They failed to send them out when required due to them “not having any stamps” and said we could go pick them up. They claimed to mail them out around the first week of February and not a single previous employee has received their W2 in the mail. When called, they claim to have sent them out on time (but they did not, and people can attest to that) and that there is nothing they can do to help us; we will have to call the IRS. Dr. Patel and his minions do not care about their employees or their precious residents; they only view you as a warm body and dollar sign. I will be contacting the IRS and/or labor board.

They don’t care about the workers. People in management always threatens write up’s and termination and they don’t care about the residents. I wouldn’t put your loved one here. Also I wouldn’t want to work here.

Jubilee Hills is more than an ALF-it's a family. The staff take the utmost care of each resident and treat them with respect and compassion, meeting them where they are. My dad was in a dire situation before we moved him here and Jubilee Hills was the soft landing we desperately needed. The Director Kelly Stagg holds the facility and everyone in it to the highest standard of care and her Social Work background is evident in the way she approaches each resident and addresses any difficulties. I have since moved away from the Nashville area. But my dad is still here because this is his home. This is his family. And I have yet to find a better facility that provides this level of compassionate care at a moderate price point in a safe family-friendly neighborhood.
