* UPDATE 7-2-24*I am beyond disappointed with this facility and its staff. My dad was an inaugural resident when the building opened back in 2019 and the mgmt team at that time was incredible and got the building through covid, looking out for my dad. Several months ago, the owner got rid of the entire mgmt and leadership and put in people who did not communicate (I live out of town) when things were going on with my dad. I just got a letter in the mail stating they are kicking my dad out of the facility and we have 30 days (I live in a different city and I’m also 38 weeks pregnant). There was NO COMMUNICATION about any issues within the last 3+ months and it was extremely impersonal. When I asked to speak to the director Marla, she wouldn’t even meet with me because she was too busy and I had to speak with her administrative assistant. They said they had been contacting me the last several months but I have NO voicemails, NO emails, NO letters….I am also an OT who works in the assisted living world. If something was going on with my dad and it had been appropriately communicated to me-I would have asked for a plan of care meeting and responded immediately. I’m beyond disappointed and hurt. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS BUILDING. The owner not the staff appropriately care about or for these residents.

am a standby customer who have witness abuse going on just one of the police by the residence I had walked into the facility and no one to know that I was there no one asked me any questions I went to see one of the employees who was working there so I can ask him some horse no questions about situation that was going on I proceed into the area that she was located and the employee was taking care of a woman who had green plus stuff in her face and look like she has never been taken care of before the employee went ahead and asked for help no one said anything to her they finally response to this put a hotel over her face and they'll be there later on to take care of her finish getting her dress she continued to go ahead and get her dressed and she asked for my help she said no I need someone ASAP to come help me

This company is truly amazing! They take amazing care of the residents. If you are looking for your family member to come to such an amazing community please give them a call to schedule a tour!! A manager is always on duty and our marketing ladies are amazing!!

As a local funeral professional I am in and out of all of our area’s facilities like Jubilee Hills. It’s clean, modern and the staff is always very nice.They’re definitely worth talking to if you’re researching Senior Living Centers or are in need of Memory Care.

If you want to work at a a place that harasses you on a daily basis then jubilee is the job for you. I’ve been working here for almost 4 years and I never experienced awful people until these couple of months working with the current management of the place. They make you feel so low because you don’t have a title or any type of authority. They don’t care about the residents only about the money. MC residents get treated the worst, they’re never invited to any of the activities besides music and they still pick and choose which ones they like to bring over. One of the residents in MC hits on others residents and staff and the DON laughs about it. They’re not family driven so please don’t bring your family here because if you do well good luck to you. The DON had an attitude everyday she came in there. Her and the RCC was even discussing someone else’s drug test to multiple employees. Long story short don’t work here and don’t bring your family here. Run!
